Requesting Ideas


I am very happy with what I have been able to accomplish but, I still need to lose a little more.I have lost about 60lbs and I still want to lose 10 more pounds and I have been stuck at this weight for the past couple of months. I don't know what to do! Any ideas?

When you figure it out, will you let me know? I have such a hard time losing weight! Right now I'm working so hard and instead of losing I'm GAINING!! Frustrating. You look great, so I wouldn't sweat it too much...

Sorry if I sounded negative earlier, didn't mean to. I really mean that you look great, but sounds like you are still wanting to lose more...don't know how sound my advice is because I have an easy time putting on the weight and an even harder time taking it off, BUT with that said, it sounds like you are in the plateau that many fitness go-roos talk about. I know you are watching what you are eating, don't know to what extent. Make sure your meals are small and frequent, 5-6/day and eat every 2-3 hours. Make sure you have a serving of protein each time 2-3 oz meat, or something else, to keep your blood sugars high and you satisfied so you won't "snack". You also may need to bring the intensity up if you know what I mean. Dig a little deeper and stretch yourself by bringing it each time. Try not to get discouraged (I know I do), keep at it even if you aren't seeing immediate results, and when you make a mistake forgive yourself and keep trying. Sounds like you are being consistent which is great by the way, you have done an AMAZING job! Don't let yourself forget it.

You look freakin' amazing!!! My only suggestion is to cut out processed sugars. Like Angela said, small & frequent meals are best because they keep your metabolism up & running.
