Yes! I am back on the road. I started running maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago and I am enjoying it. I started training for the
Fontana Half Marathon which will take place June 4th. In order to be ready for it I will have to kick my behind and increase my long distance days by a mile every week. Tuesday I ran 5 miles for my long run, then I took it easy yesterday and only ran 3 miles. Friday I will work on my speed. I don't have much time to train, but I know I can do it. I can do it because I have a husband who supports me 100%.
