My girls went for a run with me

Maya went for a run with me first. She did really good considering the nasty heat outside. She walked very little. We talked and I even picked her up and run through some sprinklers. She loved it! She asked me to do it again, so I did.

 Then it was Addi's turn, except she made me carry her on my arms for most of the way. Ignore the armpits' sweat.

 And I am proud of myself because for the first time I conquered spider push-ups!
