Independence Day Celebration

We had a good 4th of July. We spent it with great company and had fun. Except our little Maya was sick and so she was not very cheerful.

In the morning we got some shopping done, and cleaned the house while Phillip worked. This is not our usual schedule, he works the evening shift and I must admit that I would love for him to work during the day. It just felt more natural to me. But for now, the evening shift it is until I finish school.

Here is what we did:
We got wet.
We ate some yummy food.
We talked.
We played.
We chased children.
We melted. It was 106 degrees Fahrenheit.
We watched some awesome illegal fireworks and then our little ones.
