45 mile week


I did it!! I ran a 20 miler this morning. I am so happy and proud of my body. I took it slow (10 minute pace). We completed our run in 3hrs 20 min. We stopped once to use the potty and refill our water bottles. My body did really good up to mile 18, then my legs just felt so heavy after that. I finished, I still can't believe it. We are training hard and I like it.

Seriously?! You took it "slow" at 10?! That would be fast for me. On my longer runs I'm at almost a 12!! You are amazing!!!
