I smiled early this morning because my body felt great. I ran 12 miles at a 9:30 pace and it felt easy. It is amazing what 8 hours of sleep, a slice of bread and peanut butter can do for me. I have also been working my core muscles at least 3 times a week. I have been eating good foods and drinking tons of water. Oh I just feel great this morning.
Now, I have to go. The kids need their morning walk. Have a good day!

That is SO impressive!!! My 12 mile run the other day was SO hard & I ran MUCH slower (11:45 pace).
